Zapier and Make setup, done for you
If your apps don't talk to each other, I'll connect them. Tell me what comes in and what should come out, and I'll map it and give you a fixed price before you pay anything.
What I build
These are examples of the kind of setup, not client work and not results from a named business.
- Example: a form entry goes to your CRM, then a follow-up email is drafted for you to approve.
- Example: an invoice marked paid creates a project in the tool you already use.
- Example: a new lead triggers a text draft and a calendar hold for you to confirm.
Zapier or Make?
Both connect apps. Which one fits depends on the apps you already pay for, how many steps you need, and the plan price at your volume. Sometimes neither, if your current app already does the handoff. I have not published a long platform list. The Workflow Map picks the path for your process.

How it works
You describe one process. We say whether it fits and which tier. Nothing is charged yet.
A map, then a written scope for a build. You approve it before we start.
We set the workflow up in your accounts and test it on sample data.
You get the runbook. We ask you to remove our access.
You own it. Another process can be a new map. No retainer in this offer.
