Privacy note
This note says how Granite Models Automations handles files for a workflow job, and what to send by email.
Files for your job
- Files and details you share are used only for your job.
- They are deleted 30 days after handoff, or sooner if you ask in writing.
- We never ask for passwords, and we do not store passwords.
- Access is invite-based. At handoff we ask you to remove that access.
- Parts of the material you send may be processed by the AI tools used to do the work. We work from redacted or sample data wherever the job allows.
- We don't take jobs that need health records, card numbers, bank or payroll logins, or government ID numbers.
