Design
A Workflow Map is the one-page plan: steps, tools, what to automate, and what stays human. For a build, you approve a short written scope before work starts.
Implement
We set the workflow up in your accounts and test it on sample data. Check-ins are at kickoff and handoff. We never ask for passwords.
Train and launch
You get a runbook. Connected Workflows also includes a 30-minute training session. We ask you to remove our access.
Grow
You own the workflow. Another process can be a new map later. This offer does not include an ongoing retainer.
