What a Map is

A Workflow Map is a one-page write-up of one process in your shop. I list every step, who does it, what tool they use, and where it stalls. Then I tell you which steps I'd automate, which ones stay with a person, and a fixed price to build the first one.

You keep the page even if you never hire me to build anything.

How to start (email, no call)

Email granitemodels@gmail.com with three lines:

  1. What comes in (missed calls, web forms, RFQs, something else)
  2. What should come out (a text back, a quote reminder, one list, etc.)
  3. Who touches it today

That's it. I'll reply by email and tell you straight if a Map makes sense. If it does, I'll send a Stripe link for $249. No public pay button on this page on purpose. I check fit first.

What happens next (no call required)

  1. You email the three lines.
  2. I reply by email. Fit check. Nothing charged yet.
  3. If it's a fit, I send a Stripe link for the $249 Map.
  4. You get the Map in 3 business days, with a fixed build price on it.
  5. If you want the build, you say so by email. No pressure either way. You keep the Map.

FAQ

What do you need from me?

What comes in, what should come out, and who touches it today. One named person who can approve outputs, and 3 to 5 examples (redacted or made-up is fine).

What happens after the Map?

You can hire me to build it at the quoted fixed price, or build it yourself from the plan. You keep the Map either way.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund if you cancel before kickoff. After kickoff, a full refund only if I cannot deliver what the signed scope describes, even after the included revision round. See the refund policy page for the full rules.
