By accessing granitemodels.store or subscribing to any Granite Models Automations service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Granite Models Automations provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools designed for trades businesses, including but not limited to business dashboards, scheduling, invoicing, crew management, lead tracking, and AI-powered automation tools.
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. If payment fails, we will attempt to process it again up to three additional times over seven days before suspending access. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by New Hampshire law.
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes. You may not use our platform to store, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any part of our platform.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate within your Granite dashboard. We do not claim ownership of your business data. However, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
All Granite Models Automations software, dashboards, tools, code, designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Granite Models Automations, LLC. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations during the term of your subscription.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We target 99% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Hampshire law, Granite Models Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Granite Models Automations, LLC, its officers, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your breach of these terms.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform is revoked and your data is retained for 30 days to allow export.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, or the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 60 days written notice. Updated terms will be posted on granitemodels.store. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
